Yes, we take returns! You may return most new items within 7 days of delivery for a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items must be returned in original condition, with all origninal packaging, tags attached, and must not have been worn, washed, or altered. I inspect all returned items, and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on these requirements. DO NOT just send an item back without contacting me first.
Items purchased ON SALE are FINAL.
Credits/Exchanges are issued upon delivery of returned goods. Please allow 14 business days upon receipt of package for your credit/exchange to be issued.
Store credit will be given for cancellations on pre-orders.
We ship M-F USPS First Class and Priority. Most items are made to order, and therefore are subject to a production time, which will be stated in the listing. If an item is ready to ship, it will ship out within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
There is the possibility of fabric being backordered or out of stock. In the event that this happens, a similar replacement will be used. Thank you for your understanding!
